Payment Method
● Credit Card Payment only : VISA or MasterCard or American Express
● We do not accept Prepaid Credit Card.
● You will be charged for Subtotal (total of products) + shipping fee. (See “Shipping” for shipping fee)
● Actual charging will be within a month or 2 months after shipping out your order.

Shipping
● Your order will be shipped by EMS.
● EMS fee is determined by the weight of your order.
● After you receive our auto-reply for your order, we will email you the grand total including shipping fee, and there will be URL for submitting your credit card info.

● For your reference, one set of dogi weights about 1.6～2kg. For the order of more than 2 sets of dogi, shipping box weights about 1.5kg.
● Normally, EMS will deliver in less than a week after shipping out.
Countries where delivery is suspended.
Countries where there is a delay in delivery.
● Some countries may take more than a week due to the strictness of the custom clearance.
● If your order is damaged during the process of custom clearance in your county, we will not take the responsibility of the damage.

Delivery Date
● If all of your order is in stock, your order will be shipped out within a week after being processed.
● If some or all of your order is out of stock, your order will be shipped our when everything is ready. (We will inform you about the delay by email, so be sure to type in your correct email address on the order form.)

Choosing the size per letter
When you choose the size per letter, please consider about the total length of your embroidery. The total length of your embroidery can be calculated as follows.
Size/letter x Quantity of letters = Total length (in cm)
Example: 2.5cm x 10 letters = 25cm
＊Once the embroidery is done, you can not cancel or return.

Embroider Foreign Names in Japanese
Foreign names could be written in Japanese and it depends on the pronunciation. If you have none-Japanese name and wish to embroider your name in Japanese, we recommend you to ask someone who can understands Japanese and who knows the correct pronunciation of your name. Then, provide it with your order. (On the embroidery order form, check the box “Email Later”.)

If you already have your name in Japanese on your current belt or dogi, please take a photo of it and email with your order. (On the embroidery order form, check the box “Email Later”.)

Since we do not have the staff that is familiar with all kinds of pronunciation of foreign names, we will not do the service of translating your name into Japanese.

Delivery Date of Order with Embroidery
● By Computer
＊If the item you ordered is in stock, it will take about 2 weeks to finish.
＊If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via Email.
＊If the item you ordered is “production on order”, it will take about 4-5 weeks to finish.
● By Hand
＊If the item you ordered is in stock, it will take about 3-4 weeks to finish.
＊If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will inform you via Email.
＊If the item you ordered is production on order, it will take about 4-6 weeks to finish.

Delivery Date of Production on Order item
"Production on Order" item will take few weeks to make. If you request embroidery with it, the time for embroidery is additional.
